This is a thinly-veiled story about the two candidates in 2016. Our current Twitter Pres was represented by The Penguin. Ever notice that we have the infrastructure and technology already in place to have 100% voter "turnout" if everyone just used Twitter? But then we might have a real outsider get elected, as the 2015 DC comic Prez suggests.
