This was a surprisingly quick read considering it is over 400 pages. The characters are delightful, sure to enchant readers of all ages. The dialog is snappy and amusing while the artwork is beautiful. I was not familiar with Ms Cook’s work but having enjoyed this volume so much I will be looking for Nothing Special on the web as well as looking forward to the next volume in the story.  Recommended. ~~ Stephanie L Bannon
