Tony and Susan
by Austin Wright
Grand central publishing, 325 pp, $24.95
Release Date: August 11, 2011

This is a new issue of an 1993 book by a deceased author.

Susan Morrow had divorced her first husband. Comfortable with her children and second husband, she receives a manuscript from her first husband for her review. She agrees to read it. As she reads she is drawn into the life of Tony Hastings, a math professor on vacation with his family on their way to Maine . The Hastings ordinary lives are cut off and Tony begins to devolve, Susan begins to face the darkness within her and begins to deal with the fear that will change her life.

This is a literary thriller, well-written and involving, a riveting novel about fear, regret, blood revenge and creativity. You can't look away from it and yourself. I dare you to read it. Enjoy. ~~ Pam Allan
