Applicants for membership in WesternSFA must be sponsored by a current active WesternSFA member. Each prospective member shall pay a $5 non-refundable application fee and $10 yearly dues at the time membership is applied for. You may send your application and payment via this link - Paypal. Please note the name of the member who sponsored you in the note field
You may also send a check for $15 made out to WesternSFA and this application form to:

If the Board rejects the application, the applicant is rejected and may not reapply again for 4 regular meetings (1 year). If the Board approves the application, the applicant becomes a General or Organizational member effective with the next regular meeting of WesternSFA.
