AMV

Needs:

Computer and email access Computer video skills Organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines Communication skills People skills Patience Time Need Pre-Con - 1-2 hours weekly Time Needed At Con - 6-8 hours


PRE-CON

Creates rules for contest Compiles entries Acquires waivers for submissions so they can be shown Co-ordinates with Head of Programming for time of at-con viewings Co-ordinates with Tech for technical needs Creates lay-out for viewing and gives it to Head of Programming and Hotel Liaison no later than 8 weeks pre-con Co-ordinates with Industry committee person for needed prizes, ribbons, awards, certificates, etc


AT-CON

Runs AMVs for audience Tallies votes Presents awards during either cosplay half-time or closing ceremonies


POST-CON

Possibly creates DVD of entries for sale Turns over all signed waivers and entry forms to Banker Creates list of winners
