OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION

Gaming is responsible for all organized gaming during the convention from Arcade games to LARPs to tabletop gaming.

PRE-CON

Determines lay out for gaming area and turns it in to Hotel Liaison no later than 8 weeks pre-con
Determines games available and creates sign up system
Recruits people to run games
Creates overall gaming schedule
Provides accurate game schedule for web site with regular updates. Finalized schedule to be posted on web site no later than 8 weeks pre-con
Arranges for any game related equipment to be brought to con, either by bringing it personally or by coordinating with Logistics

AT-CON

Set up game area
Man sign in area

POST-CON

Arranges for all game equipment to be returned to its point of origin, either personally or by coordinating with Logistics
