OPERATIONS

Needs:

Computer and Internet Access
Organizational Skills
People Skills
Patience
Money handling skills
A staff of at least 15 people
Time Needed Pre-Con - 1-2 hours weekly
Time Needed At-Con - Full time


OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION

Operations is a buffer between the attendees and the hotel. Basic crowd control, noise control and so on. Operations does not intervene in physical fights between attendees or try to stop thefts.


PRE-CON

Recruits and trains staff.
Creates or find forms for: Phone Log, Incident Report, Party Registration, Radio Log
Creates shift schedule
Organizes and places all forms in 3-ring binder
Examines site to check radio suitability
Examines site to determine needs for door sitters and number of rovers


AT-CON

Assigns door sitters and rovers in four hours shifts
Signs out security radios
Keep all paperwork filled in as needed
Briefs shift leaders, door sitters and rovers at each shift change
Maintain lost and found
Peace bonds all weapons


POST-CON

Turns over all paperwork to Banker
